Some of you know that until the end of June, I was working for a law firm based in Warrington. Due to the fact that they were in severe financial difficulty (or that is what they told me) I was let go. Anyway, I am delighted that as of Monday the 7th, I will be working for Hudgell Solicitors. https://www.hudgellsolicitors.co.uk/ They have offices in Hull, London, Leeds and Bristol and I will be doing the same job as before but with a firm who has a great deal of professionalism and a good reputation. So I will still be able to do presentations, offer advice, arrange proper legal representation, just the name and details on my busness cards have changed.
First day was yesterday. Went up to Hull and met all the guys oop north . Really freindly relaxed team of professional people Going into the London office on Friday. I had already referred a couple of quite bad bike crash cases before I started, and the feedback I have had has been very complimentary and first impressions count for a lot. So, so far so good.
Well done and good luck TC. The advise you gave me a couple of years back helped me win my case and I'm sure there are others on here thankful to you. Thanks again. Wurz
Sounds like your pretty happy with the new position and colleagues who sound very professional. Having various practices around the country adds credibility, sounds like you've landed on your feet. Good luck fella.
Glad it is working out. I contract for a living and so often walk in to new work environments. Always nice to have that warm fuzzy feeling about a place. People may knock 'Ull but I always enjoyed working there.
