my sentiments entirely, I'm too tight to pay for heated gloves, and it's the only time of year I don't mind waiting at traffic lights this time of year to warm me hands on the casings :D

I've just fitted my Oxford Sport ones. One thing I found frustrating was how to route the loads of excess wire that is all gathered up at the front of the bike.

There is simply s**t loads of it, with controller wire and the grip wires.

I found by routing the controller wire around the front and under the tank cover was ideal to eat up the loads of wire. Then gather it altogether and wrap in gaffe tape.

I've used high strength Velcro and stuck the controller to the dash to the left of the clocks and just ahead of the clutch lever. It's my perfect position.

    Very warm too. Good product.

Hi Wayne, can you post a picture of where you have fitted the controller? I`ve just noticed that the 2015 Blade clutch lever clamp (Pic enclosed) wont take the bracket that comes with the Oxford grips, so a bit stuck, where to fit it?
    Cheers
    Jeff

I just fitted a set of these to my new 2013 bike. They come with little collars: put a washer on the bolt, put that through the bracket, put the collar on the back of it, then fit the whole lot. Gently bend the bracket to your desired position once tight. Mine works a treat.

As someone else mentioned, there's a LOT of wire. I routed the right grip through the right side of the forks, the left and controller through the left side of the forks, then joined them behind the steering damper under the tank cover. I routed the wire to the battery down the left side of the tank and used some duct tape to retain. Hope this helps.

The bracket should come with a spacer and a longer bolt that will get the bracket out past the bar/clutch perch.

So you only use one mounting bolt for the bracket? Doesn't the bracket move, with only one fixing?

Nah even with one bolt through it doesn't move around at all. Solid as a rock.

So, I've taken some pictures finally....

    I think it'll work quite nicely positioned there. 2016-12-27 14.08.54.jpg 2016-12-27 14.09.01.jpg 2016-12-27 14.09.12.jpg 2016-12-27 14.09.27.jpg
