Hi all, I'm from Spain and bought a 2010 blade one month ago. Coming from a CBR600F is awesome the power of the engine. I'm surprised because it's a comfortable bike and I feel like I've been ridding it the whole life. It's not a radical bike for being a 1 liter sport bike. Happy to join the forum and hope to contribute to it. Cheers! Enviado desde mi iPad utilizando Tapatalk
Hi and welcome. Don't get misled with the blade's good manners. Yes, they are fairly easy to ride for a litre sports bike but it will be much less forgiving than your 600 and will bite you if you give it too much at the wrong time. Enjoy the forum, some good info, and a bit of fun with it.
Thanks! Yes, we have many nice ridding days here! I realized that the blade gets warm quicker and higher that cbr600f, is it normal? Yesterday with heavy traffic temperature reached 106 C... what will happen in summer??
Hi and welcome. I shouldn't worry about the heat, mine creeps up on the temperature sometimes. This year on holiday in northern Spain I saw the temperature up at 107 a few times, but it was never a problem.
Hi and welcome, 11 of us doing a road trip to northern spain in May we will be based in Leon if you know of any good routes let me know cheers.
Hi Gary1966, you have many nice route in the Leon area. How many days are you planning to stay? Do you include Picos de Europa in your road book? Enviado desde mi iPad utilizando Tapatalk
