Growler I had a racefit growler on a 1000k7 and it lost 8bhp in the middle of the rev range, also had a Taylormade and that was pretty much the same, although build quality of the racefit stuff is second to none! As has been mentioned you have to have the development the bigger companies do.
Gotta be honest, I don't like them on the blade, mainly cos they don't look gp enough just peeping out the belly pan and for that style you may as well have the yoshi IMO The growler I like cos it's extended further back as the gp cans are. If I had an RSV4 I'd have the Austin racing then, look at that design and its again very GP styled with the additional pipe length
Yeah i see what you mean The austin pipe for the new ZX10 is longer and very Gp as well . And if i remember right its only 700 for a full system
Your bang on fella!! My pal had an Austin on his prilla, it's the best looking, most awesome sounding thing I've heard next to a gp bike... Contacted them as this is what I wanted but they don't do the extender pipe now?? For me it has to go past the swing arm and be parallel with the rear end, all the rest just look like they are at a funny angle.... Tyrone.
Look Jimbo, just go & buy it, so we can all ask you to ....."Show us ya Growler, Jimbo". Or words to that effect.
Hi there, Does anyone have or know where I can get hold of a PC5 fuel map for the following. cbr1000rr9 with racefit growler back edition stock filter or k&n or bmc filter. Im open on what filter because I havent bought one yet. I see some folk on here running this set up, so what maps are they running? Any help at all would be great. This map would be temporary till I get a dyno appointment sorted
