    Mr stefanos.

I kno about track days and i go around the nurburgring on stock 08 suspension with cars around me in 7 min 50 secs

Im not saying buy this shock and compete at moto gp level, om
Saying its a good upgrade on the 08 shock has The fact that even an "ohlins needs to be revalved" has no relevance here.

If your interested in the shock post up if your not, then go away and read on it has nothing to do with you... Period.

what a load of shit,so your saying that even if you buy a new ohlins rear shock it needs re valving?? your funny.you buy a shock with spring to suit your weight, then you adjust the settings to suit your bike, style, track etc.go out, ride and dial it in.and the reason suspension can go soft is more the oil breaking down not the valves/cartidges wearing out, hence why you should service them after (generally speaking)10 t/days.if your at the top end of racing every few meetings.

this is a for sale ad which you seem intent and ruining,if you want to discuss the merits or lack thereof of different shocks,go start a thread about.

and guess what,i do know a little about track riding.

I am genuinely amazed nobody off here has bought this yet - its almost worth me getting to keep in store to replace the 2012 one in my 2008 when its done a load more miles - however there will come a point when even Triggers blade needs to hang up its keys and get a pipe and slippers (but the feels a long way off at the moment after its 60k refresh / service)

not dig your tone my friend you can cool it down.
...what you say is your opinion and what i say is my opinion ...
so when i get a ohlins 100% i will fit the spring but i will change the oil at least ....excuse my english if you dont get that, what i mean is that you need to fix the shock depenting on track and weather
so if its to hot witch is normaly in greece we talking 38c+ on summer and thats under a shadow ...so yes you need to open it and some times depent on what do you might even revalving ...
you can go to the 1000rr.net and check the convertations about it ,dont take me wrong here i might be new on this forum but not new at the bikes and i might not be the super fast racer but i work in a team in the greek championship so what i say is things i know by expirience and reading ...
we made this a long convertation, i dint start this to argue with the seller just to say few things about it in the guy i 1st quoted and still i agree is a good upgrade for stock but still expensive ...

now as for you mr 08blade(sorry dont see your name ;P ) if you do what you say you do you will have then noticed that your shock at hot days and after few time of use change drasticaly and its not as it was few rounds b4 ...thats couse of the oil the valving the materials generaly it gets to hot it change a lot ....i mean any shock will change from hot to cold thats why its better to tune it when its hot rather cold ,but stock shocks tends to have big difrence from cold to hot .
so if you do 7,50 on nurb with stock with a revalving you will do at least 10 sec down and you will be far safer than b4 ,depent on your riding style ofc ..

over all its good to have a convertation about it but not on this thread and not be offensive or agressive to each other ,after all we all can learn something from this insted of just argue
    cheers
    steve

Is there any modifications needed to fit this to an 11 plate blade?

Only thing you need to do is remove your standard hugger and replace it with a 12 onwards hugger
