So with the TT due in 9 days time thought it best to fit the new brake pads. Cleaned brake pistons and fitted SBS race sinter pads. As they needed bedding in headed up to Devils Bridge ( nice 2017 SP1 Blade there, any one on here? ) 120 mile run. Brakes now feel fantastic. Excellent feel and progression with strong power. Really happy with set up now.
For the record. Blade SP 2014 model. Brembo 17 rcs. Hel lines and SBS race sinter pads. Fast road use only.

IMG_2485.JPG Been having a trial fit of an R6 racefit I picked up cheap to see if it will marry up with the akra headers, doesn't look to bad so far! Need to make a hanger and a collar for a better seal to headers

Modified the side stand bracket to get rid of the boss for the stock gear lever and refitted.

Got a bit of time off this week so decided to go for a ride. As a good West Country boy I thought I would go west for a change, and so went over the Trent and in to Nottinghamshire.

With the number of average speed cameras and 50 limit roads that should be NSL I realised why people I know go east instead.

Oh well at least it was some time on the bike which is sadly all too rare these days.

Had a go at making an exhaust hanger today. Cadcam. Nest. Laser cut. Bend. 1mm Ali prototype needs to be 30mm longer. Try again tomorrow. Btw @sps170373 yours will be ready tomorrow. IMG-20170613-WA0005.jpeg
