I think it's fair to mention to other members I have a Palpal dispute open with Tony who is selling these parts maybe check his profile to get an idea of why he joined, to be part of a forum or flog his parts? You decide.

I think it would be fair for me to mention why you have opened a dispute with Paypal!

Lucky13 bought the tank cover from my bike I'm breaking. He asked the condition which I mention it's in good condition and any marks on it shouldn't really see an issue with them polishing out, once he received it he instantly complained that's it's not like new and unmarked and has 2 marks which will not come out.
Taking in consideration that the price I sold it to him for was £80 including the shipping via next day courier, which alone cost £19 and the tank is 8years old with 16k miles.
He then messages me saying he is not happy and wants a £20 partial refund.
Which I was not prepared to give as it was cheap enough to begin with, considering what bad condition or damaged covers go for.

So he opened a dispute with Paypal.

As to me joining here just to sell my parts that's not entirely true, I have another CBR1000RR8 in Black & White which is my pride and joy as well as a CBR600RR and have been a member on the 600.net forum for many years.

So by you saying that, you are trying to ruin my for sale thread and stop people buying any of my parts.
Also most of the parts are listed on eBay regardless.

    Thanks
    Tony

You can play with the wording and story as much as you like to try and get people on your side, your story above ( as you know ) misses out key facts deliberately trying to mislead your reader...I could harp on like an old lady about "you said" "she said" instead I'll let the reader decide whether it's safe to do business with you.

As I said buyer be ware

PAYPAL DISPUTE OUTCOME: Paypal sided with me on this issue due to me being fair in my description and the buyer wanting something as new when they knew they were buying used.
    Thanks Paypal.

I will no longer waste my time with you, I will just let Paypal decide what the outcome will be, i have a number of people that have now bought parts from me on this forum alone and to be fair they can probably vouch for me on the service they have received.

I am member on a lot of forums and have a very good rep from buying and selling items and being a trusted member on all forums I'm a part of.

If the admin wanted me to make a donation to the forum or even pay for a club membership am more than happy to do so, but I'm just another individual who broke a bike to take what i need to finish my Track toy/Kit car and tried to recycle the rest of the parts on it rather than discard them.

    Thanks
    Tony
