Anyone else had problems with MCE

    As you may have read on previous posts i come off my bike MCE have been really slow finally got sorted and got my bike back (wrote off) and agreed a figure waited their amount of time no payment made been told there's a glitch their end but have no idea when it will be fixed spoke to the ombudsman and they've told me to wait a little while longer before going to a complaint has anyone else had the same trouble and when was it sorted

    Well they had 10 working days to pay it and it's been a couple of weeks sInce so now waiting on a manager looking into it

    You're right there it took 8 weeks to decide on the bike
