15st 7lb. 2lb loss. Not to bad considering I've only managed 2 days at the gym this week due to work commitments.
Don't forget lads that the judicious choice of what to wear can help show off your physique to the best advantage.
kpone...a little understated, would look nice while riding a repsol Have lost 3 lbs. Am now on a very low carb diet, no potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, limited fruit and veg and of course no sweets, cakes or biscuits But I can eat as much meat as I like, cheese, eggs and cream.....but no milk I lost two and a half stone last time.........but this time I just need to lose 9 more pounds. Just remember everyone, we often do expensive mods to lose a pound or two from our bikes......but modding ourselves down on the weight will make our bikes faster. Anyway, I am fed up with my tummy hanging over the tank
Mel your a star, well done. You seem to be the fat club pace setter! Dubious claim to fame lol, but someone has to lead the way! I'm weighing into tomorrow and after the weekend I had if I stay the same I'll be well happy
I've cut out all red meat,cut down on cheese,not drinking as much merry juice.Wife has joined a zumba class and I've taken up Aikido.We both are speed walking the dog around a bigger block.So far lost 3llb and wife lost 3 1/2llb.Dog not sure yet she won't sit still!
for the info in case it helps this is how we're doing it (lewis has lost the same as me) I'm 5'7" and i was weighing in at 157lbs. Lewis is 5'9" and was 217lbs Oats so simple and 1 tsp sugar for breakfast main meal of the day for lunch. Meat (between 150-250g), 100g carbs (potatoes, or rice etc..) and as much veg as you want. soup for dinner fruit, yogurts as snacks. add up tea and coffee cals too. fruit juice is a calorie killer, stay away from it, have water. I'm limited to 1270 cals a day Lewis has been on 1600 cals a day. 4 x 30 mins exercise that leaves you out of breath et voila. hope that helps some peeps.
In this weeks Top of the Pops Blade65 is a non-mover! Like all my school reports suggest, "............Michael must try harder." I have previously consulted my GP about my weight. After a lengthy examination and a health questionnaire covering all facets of my life I was reliably informed that my feet were the root cause of my weight problem. Surprised and a little bemused I politely enquired further, "what's wrong with my feet?". The Doctor's reply, "You clearly can't keep them out of the chip shop" Busted!
Believe it or not I have 2 chip shops one next door to the shop and one over the road.Forgot to add no more sausage and chips during the week.I have Ainsleys szechuan hot soup for lunch bloody lovely and hot.
