New but not so new..

Joined up back in 2014 a year after getting my test with the intention of trading my cbr600rr in for a big boy bike but never did.

Recently bought a new Fireblade SP so let the modding commence lol

Will be keeping the 600 for the track days!

Yeah well i will be investing in some venture shield or else eazi guard.
Will be going for a new exhaust just haven't decided on end can or full system yet.
Couple of nice carbon bits, tail tidy, zero gravity corsa screen and put my personalised reg on.

Only have it a few weeks so will get a good few things done this summer and may leave some till the winter,

Why does this SP have a blue front but no grey?

 

That is a 2017 model. 2017s have blue 'Honda' on belly pan and 2018s have red. There is no grey on any of the SPs.

The SP has a darker 'flat' blue with the white accent.

The SP2 has a lighter 'carbon looking' blue with a white and gold accent.

Just to let folks know I will be putting all mods up for sale from my bike if anyone is interested.

Unfortunately, I have lost heart in the road riding after losing a close friend on a early morning Sunday run 2 months ago.

Plan to stick to track days with the 600rr but may move up again to the blade when I get bored.

So let me know if anyone is interested

sorry to here about your friend mate, Know how you feel as I had a very serious off and 7 months down the line my new bikes still on its stands in the garage.

bikes can be replaced thats the thing but still never easy to see your pride and joy in bits.

Sorry to hear Alan. Been in a few close calls myself, nothing that couldn’t be replaced or repaired. Also witnessed the aftermath of several fatal crash sites, it certainly makes you realise how easily and quickly things can go wrong. Hope you get your parts sold.
