i assume everyone I watching, so what you all think of the new style? To my taste it's being dumbed down and sanitised. And Jody Kidd, ffs just go home girl, you're hopeless.
I'm sure there's several women that could do the anchor job better than Craig Doyle, but Kidd is not one of them. The TT is literally one of the last bastions of real motorsport bravery, and those that have the balls to step up and have a go deserve more respect than letting someone like her front the only TV coverage.

Probably doing these tv types a disservice by floating names like Tinmouth around. Can't just put anybody (Jodie Kydd) in front of a camera and expect them to do a good job of actually presenting it. (apologies if Tinmouth has done some presenting that has past me by, I don't remember anything though). Also it doesnt have to be a woman? I never had a problem with Craig Doyle or Steve Parrish.... Just saying. Hopefully if BT do have the coverage from next year we'll see Suzi Perry doing it.
My view is that it's hardly doing a person a 'disservice' by applauding their knowledge and expertise in their chosen area. Agree with you that 'presentation' could be an initial problem, and here I echo my former criticism of Simon Crafar - but, we have seen such practitioners become well-respected commentators: John McEnroe comes to mind as does Martin Brundle. And true, it doesn't HAVE to be woman, but my response followed, and answered, the comment of @auag who said: I'm sure there's several women that could do the anchor job better.
What I mean is presenting on TV isn't as easy as just being an expert in your field. When you look at what a presenter does in person it's really quite impressive. Probably why jodie looked quite crap, it's nothing to do with her knowing nothing about the TT, more that presenting isn't as easy as it looks.
Watched him on Dave when he did the 6day trial. Can recommend that if anybody has a way of catching up.

Maybe the job will always be a lady cos of being p.c. same as football on the beeb.always have female pundits now.
As a woman I think the whole pc thing has got ridiculous. It should always be the best person for the job...end of And if that person just happens to be a hot hunky piece of man totty then all the better I reckon
