RR5 Exhaust

    Hi guys,
    After an original complete exhaust for a RR5. Got full Arrow exhaust on at the mo and it's way too loud for trackdays. Would need all the fixing bolts etc. Would consider straight swap.

    I can't help you, but I reckon you'll have no probs. Every 04 - 07 I see has got an aftermarket poking out the back!

    As a cheaper alternative though, do you need to go to such drastic measures? Can't you get the Arrow professionally re-baffled/re-packed?

    Hi nigelrb
    Already got baffle and it's dropped from 117 db to 105 db. Not sure if it can be lowered more?
    Can you recommend anyone who could help?
    Live on the IOW so can't just take it local :-(

    There's something ironic about having a 170mph bike on the IOW. Shame you're not on the IOM :D

    I know what you mean, my other 2 bikes are a GSXR1000 K2 and a 2004 Hayabusa :):)

    Oooh, I love the K series gixxers. I've got a K1 600, wish I'd gone for the thou :( ...saw a very clean (mint!) K2 for sale for £3.5K with 20K miles on it...was very tempted o_O

    Had a K2 600 was absolutely brilliant but got fed up of thous blasting past on trackdays :( Did an exchange for the Blade, then found out the exhaust was to loud to pass:rolleyes:.
