Ok so how many got out for a new year day ride, today’s weather in Scotland was about as good as one could possibly wish for, brilliant wee dander up to Gleneagles, the poshest toilet stop in Scotland, it even has a heater. It was a brilliant 60 mile run on one of my favourite wee roads, perfect to top up the blade runner points. I have a video I took on the way back and will post a link when I get it up and If one should comment that I ride like and old man then that would be absolutely correct but I still had the highest level of fun and soul satisfaction, what a bleeding awesome machine, again reminded how lucky I am. Best of all no wash required, a wee wipe down with FS360 and back on the paddock stand and covered until the next time. Perfect first day of a new year.

Now I am feeling like a weirdo but only in Gleneagles would you get a toilet like this with its own heater and smelling like a brute advert, now I am showing my age. It’s just the old working class in me having a giggle.
Nothing to do with age. It's good to see that compared with those that fall way below standard like some council toilets; fast food chain toilets; and shopping centre toilets where they brag about hourly cleans with charts on the walls and all the cleaner does is walk in have a look around, spray a couple of puffs of rank-smelling freshener and then walk off for a smoke. I would actually abandon my 30-mile loop and ride to Gleneagles (wherever the frig it is) just to have the pleasure of bogging in a pristine environment!
