Morning all! The indicator fuse blows on my 2014 CBR1000S, on a ride, even if I don't use the indicators!! Any ideas? Thank you
First impression is a short-circuit somewhere. When the indicators are flashing, does each bulb flash properly, or is one side really slow or constant?
Thank you for your tips Niger, I think I have discovered the fault - the relay connector pins were bare and I think shorting under the fairing... however now the yellow engine light (EFI) has styarted to flash!! Three long flashes followed by five short then a pause, back to three long & so on... any ideas?
No. I'm not good on those diagnostics. I know others have posted a table identifying the symptoms relating to flashes. I'm sure someone might reproduce it later, or you might find it under a Google search.
