Carbon4u sent out some parts to me ( engine and clutch/ gearbox covers). They didn't fit, offset holes and no provision for the dipstick, quality wasn't great either. BUT, they are great to deal with.

Most of my carbon gear Is from gbmoto and ilmberger ( german top end stuff at a top end price) and the gbmoto stuff is better quality at half the price.

I originally bought some carbon from GBMoto and found the chainguard was very poor fitting and tank trims would not line up. Thats when I decided to spend the money on something i knew would fit 100% right

The GBMoto stuff needs to be fettled before it fits - every single piece needed work, but looks good fitted, no complaints for the money spent but be prepared to tinker on !

I think it's a joke that they can sell stuff knowing fine well that it won't fit without some modifications.

You expect it from race plastics but not proper carbon panels for road bikes

I've been looking here........... HONDA for when i get the pennies.

With the exchange rate $1= 62p it's decent value for money methinks.

I like the genuine Honda carbon stuff, it`s more expensive but it looks great and more importantly, it fits properly

Well I have just kept my eye on eBay and bought stuff as it came up second hand . Can be risky I know but so far everything has been brill . I have the genuine Honda front mudguard £86 (bargain) / GBmoto full tank cover for £100 and it was never fitted (bargain) / GBmoto larger hugger (can't remember price) / unknown manufacturer for the chain guard £65 . All the stuff has fitted well and been in perfect condition and excellent quality . In the past I have bought stuff from jap4performance and that was great quality and he does job lots at a discount . I got the front mudguard / hugger and chain guard for my RG500 for little more than just buying the mudguard and hugger on their own . Ya pays yur money an takes yer chance
