    Hi,

Just had my gp pro fitted on my blade and it sounds great. I have gone with the larger of the baffles for now as it is less noisy than without one but a bit more aggressive that the standard baffle. The pick up is also much better than the stock can, not to mention the weight saving and the finish on the can.

    Great product!

Thanks for popping on and clearing things up a little, to be fair to your colleague she actually then sent me some pictures in a 2nd email and each was named accordingly so then it was starting to look like the version I want is going to be ok for track use......however.....just to clear things up once and for all ;)

Can I use/buy the below exhaust and if I fit the baffle will it pass 98bd?

I think you've said yes but as they're all named very similar and most of the dealers don't actually seem to know I'd rather Be certain.

Dong you just love customers ;)

    Hi,
GP-PRO's are E approved, and tested with baffle in place, so that's around the 98db mark - but like my colleague said, every bike is different, line up 6 stock fireblades and they'll all sound slightly different and give different db's. We have sold ALL LeoVince slip-on's for track days, race use etc and not had a problem (the only exception like I said is the GP-STYLE which is noisier).
I reckon you'll prob be OK at 98, but can't give a surefast guarantee. If that's the can you like, then get the can bought and fitted and test the db before going to the circuit. Some guys with mildly tuned blades have experimented with the baffles...one guy welded a small washer across to knock db back a bit..but he did say he had done a lot of engine work and he had a very loud bike!!

Hi, the LeoVince carbon shield is tailored to fit any LeoVince slip-on, there is an attachment to the top, the lower front and rear...special stainless brackets are included to mount to LeoVince link pipes. Your link pipe is different! So if you're prepared to modify the brackets and maybe trim the carbon then I'm sure you could make it fit.

The front 2 mounting points will definitely fit as top goes to the existing hole and bottom bolts to the sump

The rear one won't fit as it clamps to the s bend but you could easily make a bracket from the bottom rearward hole of the carbon panel to pick up the bolt hole on the bottom rearward bolt on the left hand side fairing. That is how the yoshi carbon panel is mounted I think.
