Have to admit that I am leaning towards Triumph for the next bike. Not too much leaning though, don't want to wear out my chicken strips :p

Really fancy one myself. Those new colours aren't great though. The crystal white they did was nice....now they've gone and stuck decals all over it.

If you're really keen @CharlieR85 , hold out for the Daytona 765 Moto 2 Rep. Could be pricey, but I'm damn sure it'll hold value better than Honda's friggin' SP2!:)

Will be a nice bike that one when they do it. What will you do Nige if they make that at the same time Honda announce a V4?

That has crossed my mind. The prospect of the new 2020 Blade, if totally new as I've heard also inspires me.

The plan, as I might have detailed before, is to sell the 2011 Castrol (and get £400-plus for my OEM fairings thans to @Chukzn17 's post:)). For space reasons I'd probably drop the RR4 as well. Overall price of both though could see me out of the market. If we're talking say £16K for each, I think I'd be a bit balmy (or balmier) to get both. Hopefully, November's NEC might provide some defo info.

I still can't see an all new blade next year Nige. Hope I'm wrong. 2 bikes I'm looking forward to seeing the most at the NEC are the Ducati V4 naked and the BMW S1000R. Fairly confident the Ducati will be there as there are now spy shots. The new naked BMW is more of a long shot.

I can definitely foresee the next fireblade being all new, just don't think it's round the corner.

Yea I've seen the matte black and crystal white paint in the flesh, they're nice....especially the white. Just not keen on the tarting up they've given them with the decals for this year.

I test rode both the Speed and Street and just bought the Street.

I agree with Charlie, couldn't do the sticker set on the Speeds, just didn't do it for me and I didn't feel it was £3,300 more bike than the Street. Build quality looks great, time will tell I suppose.

I've owned a triumph str for 3years and not a sign of rust it's still pristine, guess it's how they are looked after like most things.

We had that discussion some months ago and apparently (allegedly?) the subject bikes were well stored and well cared for. However, with greatest respect to @bazzashadow , logic tells me that a bike won't just deteriorate for no reason. I have no reservations at all about ordering my Triumph at the appropriate time.

One had 100 miles on it and the other 500 miles so really should not even of needed cleaning
