Oswald was a Marine. He could have made those shots. There is nothing more dangerous than a Marine sharp shooter who is determined, on task and armed with a long rifle. I would say 40% of Americans believe there was a second shooter and Oswald was a patsy. I do not believe that. He was a Marine sharp shooter, that should clarify that 100%.

Did we go to the moon as described? I believe we did. This one has fairly wide acceptance. I would say less than 5% believe it was a hoax.

I watched Full Metal Jacket again the other day, the drill instructor states the Oswald was a marine as was the guy in the Texas Book Repository(?) who sniped at everyone.

What is your major malfunction, numbnuts ;)

Funny thing about that. Staff Sergeant Ronald Lee Emry (often called R. Lee Emry) wrote most of his dialogue for his scenes in Full Metal Jacket. And believe me on this one, it was dead to rights absolutely correct and just like it really is for Marine recruits. It is degrading, it is brutal and it completely tears down who and what you are.

I think he's a ridiculously bad choice for a President.

He's an egomaniacal fake who is basically the worst type of salesman. Promises the earth and uses superlatives to describe himself and everything he proposes or does. If he delivers his promises, he'll remind you all the time. 'Look at this. Look what I did for this country'. If he doesn't deliver he'll blame someone else.

Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say, he appeals to the not-terribly-clever demographic. People who want simple answers to complicated questions.

This type of demagogue politician appears to be the norm at the moment. Privileged people such as ourselves are seeing their cosy world slipping away. The USA / Britain of the 50s and 60s is what people want. Jobs, stuff made in-country, less cultural diversity. Unfortunately that ship has sailed but all it takes is a guy like Trump to come along and offer to solve society's problems by doing and saying some pretty unpleasant things (MAGA) and you'll always have those who believe that everything is someone else's fault ready to jump on his bandwagon.

People complain that nothing's manufactured in our countries anymore but our houses are all filled to bursting with cheap Chinese goods. How many of us would be OK with paying £250 for a pair of boots made in the UK, for example? Not many, I suspect.

If you'll excuse me a bit of reductio-ad-Hitlerum, the same thing happened in Nazi Germany. Germans felt that they were losing out to Jewish people in their own country. Along came the national socialists and the die is cast. Next thing you have a developed Western European nation committing genocide.

Trump can't solve the USA's problems anymore than Boris Johnson can solve the UK's. We're the architects of our own demise.

And all of this is before you start having to turn a blind eye to the p*ssy grabbing sexual assault stuff in the name of him, 'speaking his mind' and 'getting things done'. Speaking your mind doesn't make you a good person if what's in your mind is sh*te.

Well.....in the words of Nigel Powers.

There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch :D

That's interesting. I'd heard it was about 50/50 re the Warren Report.
I'm surprise so few doubt Apollo though.
Personally, I don't believe Oswald was even in the BookDepository, let alone fired a gun. And Apollo.. the U.S. went nowhere with the tech and methods claimed in '69..
But that tin foil hats for you, what good has it done me? except stopping me buying an ABS Blade... ouch.

No, no we're not on a flat Earth, and something went up on 16/7/69 and something came back a few days later. It's just the bit in the middle that's not true.

The US economy is doing great since his election despite all predictions to the contrary by the media "experts", the same experts who said he wouldn't get elected. Let's face it, Trump is doing a far superior job than any European politician. The media poisoned against him should be a good reason to vote for him. Looks likely he will be re-elected despite the media propaganda machines trying to influence the voters again.

Unemployment is non-existent here, if that's any indication.

Unemployment was much higher before Trumps election. He claimed to bring more jobs back to USA as a result of legislation if he was elected. Obama laughed and said "How are you going to do that, with a magic wand", while the media cheered him on. 2 years later the economy is doing better than Trump predicted. Yes it is an indicator. The previous President said it wasn't even worth trying and the media propaganda machines were promoting him as a success )) I would vote for Trump if he was in my country.

No evidence supporting any of those claims. Highly likely all bogus unless we have evidence otherwise. The kids in cages stories and photos are taken from the Obama era by the fakenews media propaganda machines. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&sou...aw1BD_elD7Mo-SIyMyLEf-Jv&ust=1563998873957350
