It will come in predominantly black. I am on record as not having an issue with black bikes, and have regularly stated that black with gold wheels is a masterpiece. I cannot understand why this interesting poll has me pegged (sorry @bradt ) as one with a distaste for black bikes. And do not forget that I already have a BLACK bike. Er, okay, it does have a splash of yellow on it!!
675.cc, street-triple.com, Thetriumphforum.co.uk and the old (now defunct) T595.net (or TriumphTorque.com) Surprised I even have time to ride a bike!
Well I appreciate it @nigelrb and it's been interesting to see the outcome. Doesn't get me any closer to having someone buy my bike though.....
Last bike black blade. Current bike black gixxus. Next bike, who knows what it will be, but I wouldn't bet against it being black
Ouch! As you can see above and below Nige, I do not fall into that category! Okay, I don't keep wheel barrows in good nick but my bikes are spotless.
RE: Hearses - my wife pretty much says that's what I'll be riding in next if I buy another black bike. CBR600RR was black - loved it, but did have a few close calls. Apparently the Victory Red of the blade I have now is much more visible to other road users.. I really liked the look of the matt black blade, but I imagine it's a nightmare when it comes to oily / sticky fingers.. Nearly bought a Daytona 675R a couple of years ago in matt black.. So, love the black possibly for track days, but for road-riding maybe something more colourful for me (irrespective of hi-vis vest or not).
normally always go colour but last time saved over 2k having a black one and its my 1st . and tbh glad i did as loads of motorsport colours
You realise where I live right?? Most of the roads outside of Dublin are like badly surfaced versions of UK B-roads, covered in shite from farms, and we do tend to get a lot more rain than you guys. Basically, if you don't wash your bike here every 5 minutes, it ends up being varying shades of brown! (I do wash mine every Saturday, and, especially in the winter, the thing is completely minging!)
Good lad...proper bike rider Make sure you get some pics up of it when it's mega dirty...some members lurrve that
Nah, I struggle with flags. I thought You lived on the Ivory Coast! So, I guess you're talking about all that potato dust and mud? Fair enough, I'll withdraw my comment cos I love my Macca's fries too much to upset the Irish!!
Potato dust? Isn't that what you find in the bottom corner of a crisp packet?? Wish I lived on the Ivory coast, at least I'd get to see some bleedin' sunshine for more than 10 days of the year!!
