RAF Valley on Angelsey, Charity Track Day. 27th/28th July.

I know some on here have done this trackday and after re-surfacing work and event didn't happen for 2 years but it's now back on again with a new layout/track. 75 notes for 1 day or 140 for the weekend, well run event and those who go will not only have a fun time but all money raised will go the charity. Alex James photography will be there on the Saturday the day I've booked for, hope to see some more 1000RR forum guys/girls there this your.

I'm booked for Saturday too, opted for Inter as first track day on the SP so need to get a handle on how she performs and suspension settings etc.
See you there, just look out for the white T6 van and old git trying to ride an Fireblade SP

 

Just a reminder that application for this event have to be in by Thursday if you want to do the event 27th/28th.

Stayed dry all day cloudy but temperature just right for a track day.

 

Went looking for you a few time Dinger78, spoke to a few blade owner but couldn't find you. We were the vans against the hunger over to the right.
Hope you had a good day out there even if we had to dodge the red squares and yellow painted lines.

 

Yeah... apologies mate, was going to try and find you but never got the chance. But yes had a amazing day.

 

These days are great and it sounds like you were lucky with the weather for the most of it.
Sadly every date this year has clashed with other events that i do or i would also be coming along myself with the PB Blade to stretch its legs a little.
These days are perfect for anyone wanting to dip their toe in riding on a grippy surface fast in a safe enviroment - this is the event for you,.

Great friendly atmosphere just a few painted lines and boxes to avoid, next one is 14th/15th September @ 75 notes for one day or 140 for weekend.

 

Alas this clashes with the classic bike trackdays weekend at Cadwell - and this is one i do religiously and enjoy spanking my CR250 supermoto or one of the 400's around there.
