I will soon have to replace the battery on my blade, fitted at the moment is Yuasa YTZ7S replacement cost about £70 + have seen Motobatt for half the price any they any good?
I have brought a motobatt on recommendation from posts I have read but never had one before and not had it long so can’t really comment
I've bougt Motobatt in the past. Been good for the money but they don't last as long as Yuasa and both died suddenly.
Fitted to my old V2 Tuono Cranked way harder than the previous Yuasa (essential with 1000cc V2 and Italian electrics) so would pick Motobatt over Yuasa.....but I'm with the others, if i was replacing a battery now I would go for a lithium.
If you use the bike in the winter I would stay away from the lithium as I find them lazy to start when the temperature drops off. Will be looking for something like the Motobatt for the winter months myself.
been disappointed with the longetivity of yuasa. at the last replacement bought a fulbat one <£30. For that price, I am happy to replace it every 2 years if need be
