Oh man, it's such a giddy feeling the first time you hear it.

I can see what you mean @Lozzy about the sound, a bit deeper isn’t it?

Need to go and piss my neighbours off again now @raphael started the bike yesterday. Get a text within minutes from my neighbours 7-8 doors down just saying “noisy f**ker” and that was just at tickover. :D:D

    GB Racing bullet sliders.

Yesterday I had both my side fairings off to fit the GB Racing bullet sliders. The fairings were a pain in the arse to re-fit as these race sliders fit inside the fairing to protect the subframe and reduce the bike flipping

Whilst I had the fairings off I gave it a good clean down and re-fitted/ cleaned the engine casing protectors also.

I've had to order some new fairing m6 6mm push/pull rivets and m6 Philip's screw rivets as they were looking quite tired.

Any recommendations to ensure you re-fit fairings properly and tight. Ive got new rivets and clips ready to go for tomorrow. I had a right nightmare getting the nose cone black plastics to sit correctly with the side panels...where's best place to start clipping, screwing first

Start at the top and work your way down. Get the air intake positioned into the frame and everything should go smoothly from there. It is fidly and not a rush job so take your time.
