P/X my 2011 Blade for a Duc around 3weeks ago... the blade was in the dealers for less than a week before it sold... I p/x it before they saw it, and when it got picked up, they knocked another £200 off the value as they said it needed a new clutch and rear ( a nail or screw in it.fair enough, didn’t notice) and front tyre.... it didn’t need a clutch as it was perfect so told them to sod off... it may need a new clutch cable as it’s done £34k miles... Anyway, it seemed they advertised and sold it as is without replacing the tyres, so if you’ve bought it from the Superbike Factory in Macclesfield, get them to replace both tyres as part of the deal.... I’ve put £200 aside for you...LOL. ALSO, I’ve got another key for you here as a spare.....and there’s a spare belly pan, levers etc....
Go on. I was there last week. It is a pile them high and sell cheap kind of place but if you go in with your eyes open I reckon you could get a good deal.
Yup, you’ve got to know what you’re looking for and have a bit of experience.. Plenty of old nails in there if you scrutinise them, rusty fasteners and mismatch paintwork...but on the main, some crackers. Same as pile em high car dealers... you’ve got to sort the wheat from the chaff.
Same as above really, they've got that many bikes there that odds are there will be some lemons. Think problems can arise if you walk away with a lemon and try to get things sorted with them afterwards.
