Has anybody else heard of the exhaust melting the belly pan? I was washing my bike today and noticed the left hand side of my belly pan was crinkled up like a burnt crisp. I don’t know if the previous owner put aftermarket fairings on and did not put the heat shield on the inside it what!? I haven’t a clue, any experience or ideas please

I would say aftermarket fairings without heat shield, but I could very well be wrong. What paint scheme is on your bike? Could quickly tell if they were agyermarkets on here

Just seen it on FB mate, I thought you meant a slight burn but bloody hell! My guess is aftermarket - most likely with that scheme as I’m pretty sure Honda never did it.

Aftermarket with no heat shield sounds about right.
