Heated Grip Help

    Hi Guys/Girls

    I have mounted my Oxford heated grip controller on my 2012 blade on the left side using only one bolt. You guys think this will be ok?

    I think it was meant to be on the brake cylinder side using the two bolts holding that on but it’s a bit cluttered over there. What you guys think?

    I had one mounted like that with one bolt for about 3 years on an R1 and it never caused any issues.

    On the left, if you have it on the right you would need to come off the throttle and leave your brake uncovered to use the controller.

    I moved mine inwards and bolted it through the fork bolt but had to open the bracket slightly, thought its abit more protected from the elements there myself! 7ED1065D-702F-470F-94B7-90D3DBA1AB04.jpeg

    Sticky pad on mine same position as lowside76 and been ok just clip the hazards every now and again if change setting on the move

    I took my clamp off on the left masking taped it up and held in the vice then I lined up the bottom bolt hole put a bolt through to hold and gently taped the ally down until the top hole took a bolt and then tightened up and tapped untill flush against the clamp. re fitted to bike and it's perfect clears fairing ect and easy reach on the move .
