This is the 2012 - 2016 unit but it fits the 08- 11 models. Honda revised the fuel injection sub loom in 2012 however this unit has 4 pairs of injector plugs and so it plugs direct onto the injectors as opposed to the sub loom. It also has the TPS plug which is also identical on the range.
Comes as pictured with the o2 sensor eliminator, software USB cable and full instructions. I have loads of super customer maps from BSB race bikes to most popular end can maps.

Any benefit to these with an Akra slip on? The rest of the bike is totally stock.
I would love to get a set of decat headers in the future. I guess that's when the PC5 will come into its own?

 

Pretty much as you say mate. Some benefits with on end can. Proper benefits with a fill system as your bike will be.

 

Hi mate got a full akro system on mine. A bit fluttery when in town riding put a pc on and it's 100 % better its a must in my view .

 

Better mid range or top end, or just overall better? What sort of power do they make with a full system and a PC5?

 

With just a slip on Racefit, mine has 170hp at wheel. Sorted out a flat spot at 3k.

 

any chance of sending me a copy of your map file pal, got a racefit on mine and have a map from dynojet for it but sounds like yours is spot on!

 

Got it custom mapped by a local tuner, so unfortunately can't help you there.

You can....just plug your laptop in then click "get map" and save it to your laptop and email it to whoever you want to share it with. Its a good idea to take a USB with you when you get it custom mapped and get them to save a copy to that aswell.

People get all hot and bothered about top end power. Totally irrelevant. Max power is developed at just below max rpm. Most acceleration is in the mid range so mid range is significanty improved. Top end doesnt matter but maybe 3 - 8 bhp. Mid range 5 - 20 bhp

So will this unit plug into all 8 injectors on an 08, or do you not use some connectors and just plug into 1 and 4 of the lower injectors like on an 08 version?

I've just bought a new 08 version from SBS, so might chuck it back and get this one if the former is true.

 

This plugs into the 4 lower injectors. If you want to fuel all 8 injectors you would need a secondary fuel module which I also have at £100

 

Is the PCV still for sale?
