Almost 10 years ago now my Dad (Chris at Blevins Engineering) produced these heel guards for Honda Racing in Louth, as a sideline to making the headlight pods for the endurance bikes. He made 6 for the race bikes and McGuinness’ TT bike, and then he made about 20 that were sold through this forum for road bikes. **We’ve found one of the original parts and would be making a new mould from it to produce them again in a limited run to begin with.** What’s the interest in them? If there's enough, we'll look into re producing them. We still receive emails about them to this day. Genuine carbon and full resin finished, not lacquered so it won’t rub off. Honda lacquered 2 of them, but the lacquer wore off and stuck to the boots.
It was built by performance bike magazine for a feature, I bought it a while ago and have since modified it further.
