In your experience, which of the above is better in terms of product quality, installation and customer service ?
    Why?

GB racing gets the thumbs up for me. I had an issue with a set I bought and the customer service was excellent getting them sorted. They're great quality and easy to fit.

No experience of R&G though, would have to be a huge saving to turn my head.

I'm on my third set of GB racing covers, cannot fault them as far as quality, feel and looks go. They look like proper engine covers to rather than the moulded blobs that are R&G.

Fortunately I've never tested them but if they're good enough for BSB and WSBK they're good enough for me ;)

Gb racing covers for me, like others have said they look like engine cases and work really well. Tested them at cadwell on trackbike where r6 slid down track on one side and engine case was fine underneath when removed.
R&g also work well as tested them on R1 i had when highsiding out of mansfield at cadwell and bike sliding nearly all the way to the chicane. The R&G ones just dont look as good imo.

    GB Racing all day.

Better looking, feel better made and better hardware.

Had both styles of engine covers, the GB Racing came with Hex bolts whereas the R&G came with Allen bolts made of cheese which rounded off just by looking at them sternly.

Used to have full R&G items on my bikes. Any powder coated items flake pretty quickly, even with corrosion protectant applied. Other parts are badly designed and attached via Cable ties (radiator guards).

To their credit, I've had a few static drops and a low speed off and the Crash Bungs, Swing Arm Protectors and fork protectors did their job very well.

Spend the extra and get GB Racing or Evotech.

GB covers here, lots of BSB teams use them too, look far better than the R&G ones imho

    Thanks, folks!
Sounds like GB Racing is a better choice.
