Had ordered this SC project exhaust for my Fireblade (2012 plate) directly from the manufacturer at Italy seems to be of good quality, can’t wait to get it installed next week. Any one have experience with this one? Anything to look out for?

I have one of these on my 2016 repsol, mine is the carbon road and looks like this, i run it without the baffle in and it sounds just loud enough and makes a lovely noise, i havent had it mapped but i have no flat spots or idle issues

I don’t know about this particular exhaust, but, some of the Akra slip on’s (for KTM Super Duke) have a small weld added to the nut inside, holding the baffle in situ, which necessitates either a brute force removal or disassembly via drilling/grinding.

It is related to current noise/emission regs apparently.

Doesn’t look welded but a weird nut, I think this is the only thing holding this up.

Did you had any difficulty in attaching lambada sensor to the S pipe? My mechanic tried to install the exhaust yesterday and couldn’t attach lambada sensor to the S pipe he thinks threads are wrong dont know if its a manufacturing defect or he is doing something incorrectly mailed query to SC project customer care lets see what they say.
