Hi. I've been looking at getting a SP for track work, I seem to remember tell of some 1000RR shitting themselves when you change gearing and/or CnS from OEM. IIRC it was to do with the ECU not handling it and the fix was a £££££ ECU from a race team.

Does anyone know what models/years suffer from this?

    Thanks

Was fixed from 20 onwards? What did they do, give you a way to recalibrate?

I don't know how they fixed the issue but I don't think you get the ability to do any tyre size change on the dash, I think that is solely on the kit HRC ECU.

Which makes it a bit shit for a dedicated track bike for such a track focused bike.

I guess that's why they are rare on TDs apart from in road trim.

I believe 2020 onwards, you can tell the ECU Via BRENTUNE, according to their youtube video?
