Hi all, do many of you go too Loomies on Wednesday evenings? now that the evenings are getting longer it will be soon time to head that way for coffee and bike chit chat.
Did you guys go in the end? I'm going to go in the morning and then would be up for the Wednesday bike night if anyone is going?
I did I will be in there this morning about 9am Sunday on R1m today do say hello although many get up later but clear roads are much more enjoyable in early morning
Ah I didn't get there until 11am and felt a right tw4t stood there on my own everyone else seemed to be in groups so had a coffee and left
Had a planned meet there a few weeks ago with a guy but it didn't happen, hopefully we will be rearranging soon .
Cheers Wozza for a Sunday it will be 2 weeks time or I can go on any Wednesday. What are the Wednesday bike meets like, different to everyone just piling in on a Sunday morning? When I got there this morning it was rammed and had trouble finding space to park up. A nice 90s blade parked up just after me but didn't see the plate for which year but it looked a minter. Some very nice bikes there. I haven't been to Southampton Bike night yet either and that's only 20 minutes from me so do you go to that every month? I've heard it's good but again everyone seems to go in groups!
That's why I go early if I do go in ....for some reason I always find someone to talk to this time it was to a farther and son who had brought their 1967 Alfa down to Goodwood from York and we're just heading back the 250miles brillant they were having a ball ....as for weds yes it's the same ....last wk I hosted SBN at Cresecent Honda that I run went ready well and will be displaying at the next couple down at the city.....we had some great raffle prizes and raised a lot of money for air ambulance ....
No problem this weds I am going to ride from work make the most of 25c ....This wkend we have a open event at our Crescent Yamaha at Verwood ...wsbk team their and riders etc...also James Hillier ....I will be working there Sunday .
