Hey All. I already have a Dainese Racing 3 leather jacket, and love it tbh. I want a textile jacket that is a little lighter.

Not one of those huge touring jackets, but a proper fitted sportsbike jacket. Ideally three season, so I can use into the Autumn.

Anyone got a jacket that they really like? Any recommendations? What do you wear?

    Thank you!

RST is a good shout. Seems like they only make it in leather now, but they do have other textile jackets.

I've got an RST TracTech Evo-R. Works well but don't get one with any white bits, the bug splatter is a bugger to remove

    Alpinestars T-Jaws V3.

I have one and it's a sport cut. Waterproof and has a removable thermal liner which works quite well. Not too expensive either.

Interestingly - I bought one of these from Sportsbikeshop and returned it. Found it too baggy around the waist, and thin protection.

    But thank you.

Am going to go to Bikestop in Stevenage when I get a little time, and browse their selection. May just stick with Dainese, as they suit my build.

    No problem.

In my experience there's no substitute for trying stuff on. I've ended up with gear in the past that I'd never even considered, simply because it just fitted right.

It is but it is Goretex pro shell gear. My son can confirm it works well after a 60 mph off in N Yorks last year. He came away uninjured.
