So after a year of freedom who can claim to have done most miles on their bikes this last 12 months? Starting the thread at 2750 (disgraceful) I so need to get out more
About 2,500. Although 2,000 of those would have been with the engine screaming it's tits off on track
Overall about 7,000 miles - maybe a bit more. About 1,000 on the GSXS-1000 before trading it in in June. Then for sure 6,000 on the KTM 1290
only around 2000, normally around 4500, but had loads of health issues and family problems to sort out, so not been to any track days or riding as much as i would have liked most things have been cleared and sorted now so roll on 2023 should be a good one
Only 1800 on the RR7 and 600 on the RRV seem to have been doing a lot of jobs at weekends rather than riding
Been a low one for me this year, just a smidge over 3000. IOM did it for me. After a week riding round the island at the end of August I had zero interest in going out once back home. I used it to go to work a few times but that was about it. Some of the worlds most iconic corners, impeccable road surface and large swathes with no limits where you can overtake a copper in a Focus ST doing North of 120mph and they give you a thumbs up. A blast to Devils Bridge back home just doesn’t quite have the same appeal sadly. I did go out today for a bit, 60 mile round trip. Was surprised how many bikers were out, lots on the road despite it being wet and salty. At least I’ve popped my 2023 cherry.
A lowly 2000 is about it for 2022. Something always gets in the way somehow. High hopes for 2023. Safe riding everyone.
To be fair I put more miles on the triumph tiger even went to the TT on it but this year I've got the Blade booked on the ferry
An unimpressive 700ish over 5 months curtailed by the skateboard, and this year may not be much better awaiting reconstructive surgery.
Really hope that goes well for you and you're back on the bike by the summer even if it's for shorter rides at first.
