Has anyone in the UK got a gold front left caliper for a 2009 repsol blade please? I've only gone and the thread casing for the pad retaining pin IMG20230429160353.jpg Screenshot_2023-04-29-18-19-23-68_260528048de7f2f358f0056f785be619~2.jpg IMG20230429160353.jpg

It's unclear what the problem is. Have you stripped the threads in the caliper that the pad retaining pins screw in to?
If so, even car garages will have a Heli-coil or Time-sert kit to put a new thread in it. You could even buy the kit yourself if you're going to make a habit of this. Smiley face.

Even though the correct torque was used it's been over tightened so both holes have a hairline crack

    Oh dear.
You'll need a new caliper then.
Even though they are not under any stress, apart from the anti-squeal springs, I wouldn't risk them. Not without some Araldite.
Have you tried Vic_ster in parts & accessories?

Sorry, no calipers at the moment.
This is a common issue, maybe before someone tightened too much!
Its only a pad pin so doesn't need to be tight tight. Some people for example use power tools for everything. First thing I do now is always check the casting looking for a crack can be easily missed
