Hope someone can help I got a 2006 blade when I try to start it it’s like the battery is flat (turns over slown like it’s struggling)
The battery is fully charged and getting a reading of 12v off the battery
I’ve put jump pack on and it’s still the same ‍♂️ any idea’s people

Maybe a bad earth. Add another from the battery to the engine somewhere (use a jumper cable) and see if that helps.
Btw 12.0v technically is a flat battery.

My 05 doesn’t exactly whip the engine over from the starter motor. It’s slower than I’d like but consistent till she fires. It used to concern me but nowadays I’m used to it. It’s been this way for 3 years.
Are you able to actually start her ? Can you hear the fuel pump priming ?
If the bike is running what voltages are you getting at over 3k rpm ?

A healthy battery needs to be a minimum 12.6v and the 06/07 are lazy starters , they sound like there not turning over fast enough. My battery is 9 year's old and still fire's up every time .

If the earth from your battery to your frame/engine is bad, connecting your bikes battery to the national grid would not even help.

That voltage drop to 5V is way too low. I think though I stand to be corrected, that it only should drop a volt or two.
Strange that a booster pack and jumping from a car battery had the same results.

Not criticising, just making sure you understood what I meant. I want you to help fix it.
Btw what’s your location? Maybe someone nearby can lend a hand.

Prove you have good clean earthing with your meter. Check battery posts are secure.
Take your bike battery out of the equation. Connect directly to the car jump leads. Just don’t start the car.

I reckon you have a bad battery, Not enough crank in the battery to turn it over.
