Hello everyone, my name is Ahmed from Iraq currently living in Turkey. I am the new owner of a 2018 HONDA CBR1000RR. I just picked this beautiful and well-maintained beauty 10 days ago at 19500km on the odometer. I will be using it as a daily commuter mostly and a track bike also when there are track days at Intercity Istanbul Park F1 Track. My first thing to do after finishing removing the previous owner's marks is to change its color to the American style 2023 Grand Prix Red Color. Fairings have been ordered already and will arrive in a month or so. I first got into motorcycles 13 years ago with an old Suzuki Bandit 400 then another old Suzuki RF400, 2003 Suzuki GSX-R1000, 2007 Suzuki GSX-R1000, 2007 Honda CBR1000RR, 2008 Suzuki GSX-R1000, then a brand new 2022 Honda CBR650R a year ago as the first bike in Turkey then finally my long-waited dream, the CBR1000RR.

Congrats! Beautiful bike. And you've got huge BRAND NEW sections on those tires. They never even came CLOSE to the ground with that previous owner. I'd love to see pics of those chicken strips melted off after your track day.
