Hi there tbh I'm not sure I think I high-sided but when your somersaulting it's hard to remember what happened I came round the island applied gentle throttle as it was wet the road bends round to the left just a touch next thing I know I'm rolling down the duel carriageway bike sliding towards me
I remember the Oh Bugger moment and the bit when you hit the other curb but the how and why is lost on me. As you say, hard to remember anything in those those circs.
Yea that's exactly right carnt even remember the bike sliding or the back stepping out but I can definitely remember the rolling down the road
Could be there is a container yard right on that island so it's a possibility tbh I haven't even got a bruise luckily shouldn't take to long to sort bike out be after Xmas now but stressing about fairings tbh
Yea it is,tbh I think I got away lightly with the damage nothing to serious ill post pics up the weekend with the damage for all to see
Looks like Nose cone, fairing stay bracket, headlight, RHS mirror, RHS handlebar and throttle cables, RHS fairing, RHS rearset, exhaust silencer. Probably about £800-£1000 for cheap used parts
got a racefit titanium for that with carbon fiber infill panel if interested let me know hope you're ok after the spill
