Yep, as the title says, I had some more experience with my '18 SC77 past Saturday. Just when I thought I'm gonna get a sunny Sunday morning ride next day, the fuel pump decided to go bad. What's interesting is that I was literally asking about the fuel pump/filter assembly the same day and asking other folks about what to expect when cleaning the filter. Well, I know now, not in a very fortunate way. So, I was getting back home from work and felt some intermittent lack of power during my short ride home. The engine started stalling until it stopped entirely, I was able to get it to a refueling station before it died luckily. I didn't have any idea about what the issue was, I started digging into the fuse box to see if any was burnt, also switched the relays around trying to get it working. Then, I noticed no priming noise coming from the tank when switching the key to ON and that's when I knew the culprit. I switched the key into OFF/ON few times more and in one attempt I heard a really weird priming noise that was clearly the fuel pump struggling. I tried starting it after this weird priming which it did for a few seconds only. I ended up pushing the bike home (1km away) with the help of a friend later. I took the tank out and along with it the fuel pump assembly. Two things caught my attention, first is how black the fuel retainer screen was, and second the brand and model number of the existing fuel pump. It turned out that the existing fuel pump was replaced with a cheap one before, the model number was written on the housing clear as daylight, so I did a quick search on it online and found out that its being sold by a local trading company. Model no MTE-1267 and labeled as a 1 BAR TOYOTA AURIS/YARIS YM An90 382601 fuel pump, hmmm. I ordered the same one immediately (27$) and currently waiting for it to be delivered. I did ask the dealer about it, and they said they only sell the complete fuel pump assembly for 1099$ (in case you are all wondering why I ended up buying the same shitty pump). Now, I know that you are not here to know about my sad story, and the forum is about sharing knowledge so let's get to the important stuff. For all of you boys and girls seeking information about the SC77 fuel pump. This is what I know so far: 1. The fuel pump/filter assembly has three active components that can be changed, pump motor, 1st stage filter, 2nd stage filter as you can see in the photo below. 2. The fuel pump motor is compatible with some TOYOTA pumps, AURIS and YARIS. 3. 1 BAR = roughly 15 PSI is enough to get you to 299kph in no time, shop manual asks for 56 PSI which is strange to me. 4. Searching online got me to a DENSO 23220-21132 pump motor, but I am not sure if it works or not so will have to compare it side by side before buying. I will appreciate your helpful recommendations to find a suitable replacement for the pump motor I mentioned above. I know that the cheap pump will not last long and will get me on the side of the road one day, hopefully close to home. So, that is why I need to find a better replacement that is both easily available and affordable. Messing around with the fuel pump in my kitchen.

This is the pump that I found in my bike, and I have been doing 299kph with it. The issue is there is no trusted manufacturer, can you recommend something on ebay that I can purchase and sent to my address in Turkey?
