When Bemoto first came to the market they did a Q&A on YouTube with 44 teeth, the channel asked its viewers to submit questions to the insurer. I asked them that exact question, why don't we get the best possible price on renewal from insurers. The bloke from Bemoto said they are going to run their business differently and they would never do that to customers....few years later they're no better than anybody else. Arseholes.

I thought the law had changed and they weren't allowed to offer a lower price to new customer compared to their existing ones. Double check the details are the same and if so and you are feeling bolshy have a word with the CAB or the Ombudsman.

It's not just BeMoto... all most all insurers have hiked their prices up. :(

I left Bemoto last year due to price hikes. I called to see if I could get some movement after getting a cheaper quote elsewhere. There was literally nothing, not even an offer to look over the policy. I was on titanium cover and I thought the guy may even suggest moving down to carbon, nope nothing even when I suggested it. Just got to a point where it was a wasted call so I moved.

Do you insure your bikes separately or is that the price for both?
