Finally getting back to 2 wheels after a 9 year hiatus. Last bike that I owned for 15 years was a 98 red/white Yamaha R1 which was a real beauty. Had to give it up as I was leaving the country at the time. Could have gone for another R1 but I want to get something different and I really like the 06/07 Fireblades (I'm a sucker for underseat exhausts). Undecided on colour scheme right now. I like HRC and Repsol but the grey/silver looks good too but need to see one in the flesh really.
