Did you find a solution? I really want a quad lock on my RR04 but stuck with the issue you've raised above.

Charlie, do you know if this alarm connector exists on the '14 ABS model, and if so, where is it? I didn't find it on a cursory glance under the seat. I'm happy to start pulling stuff out but all the ABS stuff is down there and I don't want to kick a sleeping dog :D

I've ordered one of those 6p connectors so fingers are crossed. Thanks.

Have a look at my picture on the original post and also @bazzashadow 's post and you will see roughly where it is. Underneath the riders seat on the LHS up against the subframe towards the rear next to the fuse box. On the non ABS its right next to a red connector which is the DLC connector.

I don't know where it is on the ABS bikes though if its not the same.

I sent Quadlock an email and they suggested this mount from RAM Mounts for the 04-07 model:
    https://www.ram-mount.co.uk/brakeclutch-handlebar-mount-with-1-ball
    It then attaches to this:
    https://www.ram-mount.co.uk/double-...h-pin-lock-security-knob-key-knob-for-1-balls
    And finally attaches to this:
    https://www.quadlockcase.co.uk/coll...all-adaptor-motorcycle?variant=12030466228339

Just bought a quad lock for my 2010, was 30% in the Black friday/Cyber monday sales.

Scoot to https://www.quadlockcase.co.uk/ think the 30% applies to the end of the day

Can I ask, where did you get the ball post that is screwed into the HESD mount?

Also, do you know the sizing of the post?

Just realised the links you referred to aren't the same! I just saw ram mount and assumed it was Bob but his website is this one:

    http://www.telferizer.com/products/

    and the arm I got

RAM Mount rap-b-201u-a Kits Support Stand Kit : Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

Also Bob at Telferizer sells them I bought from Amazon as it was cheaper and next day at the time.

He sells everything needed for the Blades but like I say you can shop about for the quadlock and case and the arm, I just bought the HESD mount from Bob.

Very clever. I just bought fireblade sp 2016 and now facing the same problem to fit the quadlock. I am going to do the same thing and hopefully it works. Thank you for sharing.

I've done over 2000 miles with this setup now and it's never been an issue. I'm still really happy with it

Is the stem larger on 2016+?, it fit no problem on my 2010.
On my installation I added some security bolts, ridiculous at the price of quad locks it is not standard!
However, the Quad lock is quality and would risk my phone on anything else.
Looking at the wireless charger too, will buy as soon as it is discounted! IMG_1005.jpg

    I have this exact issue.
Bought a new Fireblade 2016 SP, but now my quadlock (which I had on 2010 CBR600RR and 2010 Fireblade) won't fit anymore.
Is the solution with rubber rings inside viable or did someone else came up with a better solution?

    Hi Drownzz,
Mines been on for a number of years now and still works a treat. No movement etc, even after washing the bike.

The solution works good for the up and down motion of the Quad Lock, although the rubber grommets inside will rotate (with a little bit of force).
Any ideas how to fix that?
