Probably best ask @Selmer50mark.....he was behind me most of the day!:D

In all seriousness, its more comfortable than expected although the pegs do feel a little higher but seat height is good for me. I'm still running it in and I've been told to do so gently until first 600 miles service, so not really unleashed the power yet.

The tyres are the most notable thing at the moment, (never ran Bridgestone before) Bridgestone Street Race RS11 I think they are, feel super sticky just to the touch and very confidence inspiring, even in the wet. I say wet, we had light drizzle most of the day yesterday, that mental rain which normally makes me back right off but these gave me a really good feeling! Came down the Cat and Fiddle at a similar speed to what I would in the dry and @Selmer50mark was no where to be seen so thats speak volumes to me :D:D:D:D:D:D

I'll know more when we get a nice sunny warm day, but generally I'm very happy with it, exhaust seems a bit quieter than I'd hoped but the cat is still connected. I may or may not remove that in time.

Yes it's the cat that robs all the noise from the R1, plus it weights loads, removal is a must for better exhaust sound and even more power to weight ratio :D

If you remove the cat BTW https://ftecu.com/ is a great active tune module that I have used for a few years now, auto tunes the bike live while riding to get the, best AFR , works great and you can also get Into the ecu yourself and change various parameters for the, better :D

He told me he puts a bit of distance between you and him in case your massive Mr Fandango bum bag flies off and wipes him and the blade out

What sort of a mate over takes a car at the last posable moment just before the twisty section and leaves you hanging .
Mind you I'd do the same :D
