Problems uploading pics , help please

Hi , just typed out an advert for the sale of my bike (on my iPad but iPhone no different ) and when I go to attach a pic it says file too big . I have 4 pics .

Any guidance appreciated . Thanks

 

Screenshot the photo then crop it back to just the pic and it should upload
