My CBR1000RR 06 has been in my garage since November. It's been sitting on front & rear paddock stands, with side stand down. I've started it a few times between Nov & March with no issues. Last time I started it the rear wheel started rotating but eventually stopped when I pulled the clutch in a few times. However, I did notice what appeared to be a lack of resistance in the clutch lever. Anyway, went to take the bike out today and clutch lever comes back to the bar and clutch doesn't seem to engage, bike lurchs and cuts out. After a few goes, had some vague feeling in the clutch and it would engage but not enough to ride with.
    Any ideas?

Either slave or master cylinder - have you still got fluid in the reservoir? Just did slave on mine, replaced with an Oberon one, seems good

Reservoir is full, am going to try bleeding it in the next day or so, to see if that does the trick.
Thanks for the advice though, will bear in mind if bleeding doesn't work.

It’s worth removing the slave and flushing out the old fluid.

Bleed the slave cylinder down by the clutch cover. You only need to release a small amount of fluid. I had to do mine once per year.
