another 3 days at Sepang on the weekend , it was great the first 2 days where with the same group i normally ride with and it was perfect 3 groups 20 min sessions each , fast , medium and having fun :-}} yesterday we where with a different group and they put everyone on track together , i was first out, on lap 2 i passed 10-12 guys , on lap 3 , i passed 26 people , on lap 4 i pulled in and packed up fuck that , it was just scary , not safe to be out there . we had the guy there from Bazzaz there setting up the mapping as we both are now running the thin head gaskets and race maps in the ecu , we got the bike dialed in lovely running really strong and smoothed out some of the fueling down the bottom . i still had some issues with edge grip but it was nothing to do with mapping and TC turn 9 the slowest corner on track exit of turn 9 up the hill , it would wheelie every lap as i feel it come up i would just bang it into third
It was a good few days mate. I wasn't aware there was another trackday after SBR. But sounds like it was a bit mental. Pic from the weekend, same corner as you Shane actually (turn 9)
Hey all, Pics from Cadwell on Monday 30th, damp first session then cleared up a treat. Novice group...... So 1st trackday on the blade and it was fantastic, bog standard inc tyres. Defo need some Racetecs..!!
