Have had this exhaust for over 2 years. Bought it before I checked with my insurers and they wouldn't let me fit it. Has lived in spare bedroom for last 2 years and I might as well sell it. Am going to put it on ebay, but does anyone on here want it first?

Am thinking that I should get £150 + postage ???

Here is my draft Ebay advert:
This is for a CBR1000RR8 onwards (might or might not fit the revised 2012 model, I’m not sure – you will have to check).

Leo Vince GP Style stainless end can and link pipe.
Road legal (e-marked, with certificate of conformity)
    Removable baffle (for more noise)
Comes with all fittings and instructions

    pictures:

    No dents or scratches
Link pipe is discoloured by heat (it’s stainless, so brown colour is not rust!)
Existing Oxygen Lambda sensor from your Honda exhaust screws in so that you get proper fuelling and no warning lights come on.

Here is a link to the manufacturer’s website showing this product and it’s details:
    LeoVince

Here is a summary of the key points from the maker’s website:
Silencer itself is 4.4kg lighter than standard (because no catalyst, I think)
“Sandblasted effect” to look like titanium
Offer substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and are engineered to run at peak efficiency with stock fuel injection settings.

Note: you can buy a carbon bodywork extension for this exhaust from the manufacturers for £80 and it hides all the linkpipe etc (this is NOT included in the sale – I haven’t got one), search ebay and you will see them for sale in Europe.

    exhaust

Got one of these on mine, best sounding exhaust of all IMHO, my mates say just like a moto gp bike, baffles really make things much quieter

What's the view on here about price? Is £150 too high? I think new ones are about £300. Here is picture on bike (from maker's website):

No Dazzer, not sold it yet, still giving forum members a chance at £150.
Will put it on EBay on Sunday night if no takers from here.
    Have had no offers yet...

Thanks Phil. Sorry for delayed reply, I am away from home and just checked forum on my phone. From the various messages that I have had on here, I reckon that £150 + postage is reasonable price (say £165 total). If anyone wants it for this price they can have it. Or £150 and collect from Derby area.

Here is the exhaust fitted to its new bike. Had to make a new bracket because they are designed for standard foot pegs

Interested how you're getting on with the sound. I've got one on mine and had to have it noise tested at Cadwell Park last week; 107.9 dB without the baffle and 104 with, which was OK for Cadwell, just, but, will be too loud for Doni non-noisy days! Anyone got any ideas how to quieten it down even more?

I bought it because there loud. there is a thread on here and a supplier comments that the gp style is too loud for most tracks. not sure how to go about making it quieter
