Ulster gp is just 7 days away. This time next week me and Joeys bar MCC will have our tents up, BBQ going and beers on the way. Plz support the ulster GP if your going, I hear there still £150,000 in debt from the year it was cancelled cause of the rain. Pay your money for wrist bands and keep the event going this year and next. P.s heard a rumour yesterday that jonny rea has got a moto gp ride for next year.
If i won the lotto 1st call would be to Michael Dunlop to fix him up with a full spec race bike and all the goodies he wanted.Full respect to all these dudes for skill and bottle.
with the risk of being flamed, I dont like Michael. pulls some real dirty moves on other racers, nearly as bad as that seeley one.
Michael can be pretty aggressive. Think it will come to him with time. Hes still young, dumb and full of c*m. William coming into form now aswell. As brothers there like chalk and cheese but def as thick as thevies. Seeley is a very tidy rider but needs to remember sometimes that he's racing on the roads and not on a circuit.
I hear what you're saying Bry. I'd love to really like Michael Dunlop as his talent and his passion really really deserve my praise, but he just makes himself come over as a knob. Only my opinion, I know, and I feel a bit guilty about it but there's a chip called Joey on his shoulder, I feel. I remember how aggressive Damon Hill used to get when he did well and people said 'yes?...and?...' he was incensed that he wasn't loved as his father was. Universally and non conditionally. I see the same look sometimes in Michael when he gets frustrated, and then he's bloody dangerous to be around. I cringe sometimes during the TT's when I find myself scared that Guy Martin is going to kill himself and Michael Dunlop is going to kill somebody else. I do look forward to him realising what a great rider he is in his own right and I can bring myself to cheer him on the way I should.
Your right about the joey and robert legacy. I remember not that long ago listening to an emotional Michael talking about the pressure of carrying on the Dunlop name. William was good on the two strokes and so was Sam Dunlop, but micheal was on the big bikes. Now William getting the hang of the big bikes it takes a bit of pressure off michael.
Fantastic race and circuit. 9 of us going over fri, camping at the pits, will be found mainly in the beer tent
He just is so passionate that he gives 110% and I think he would quit rather than put a fellow racer in danger. He just thinks all should go like the clappers like he does.Im going up Thursday too.
well he has got into a few fights with other racers down south with his over egger style, then he was in the bad books the other weekend when he took william off. I just dont think this type of riding is for road circuits IMO
well make sure when you guys come over you take a trip around the antrim coast from larne to portrush
I'll be staying up on friday night, friend run's the bar's in the paddock so we have a caravan up there for the night (look for the HRC blade with the cracked nose cone lol)
