    not being introduced until sept 2020 though (unless someone has a mind change between now and then). Its not exactly a large part of london it affects either.

    None a that daylight robbery up here....yet! Mind you, I can't see anyone paying 12p never mind £12.50 to traverse the potholes & wonders of Sheffield and Chezzy :confused:

    2007 vintage Bikes will be over 13 years old when this comes in to force.

    Doubt many commuters will be riding bikes of that age.

    The only place I've been that has more potholes than Sheffield and chezzy is Moldova! Last time I drove up Whittington moor, I thought it had been cluster bombed!
