04 blade cut out, anyone experianced this?

never done it before and it started straight back up again.
basically i just rode home from work, parked it up and left it idleing whilst i opened the gate and i just heard it die.
lights and ignition were still on.
hopefully it was just a freak occourance.
i know its impossible to diagnose over the internet so i just wondered if anyone has had this happen?

 

bikes+cars do stall from time to time

 

if they are on carbs maybe.

 

Stator/flywheel and reg/rec combo, possibly the battery too and maybe even a bad connection. ;-)

 

brand new stator flywheel reg and battery already on.

 

Just a blip I'm sure.
