    Good evening all

So I was on here the beginning of last month with my problem with the alarm and the bike not priming once the ignition was turned on.
I’ve had the alarm removed and the fuel pump is still not priming. If I run a live wire from the battery to the pump and it primes nor do the spark plugs spark. The bike hasn’t been started since 2009, the bike does have a super charger fitted. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

    Firstly........”super charger fitted” ??

So you have proved that the fuel pump primes when you directly supplied it with 12V if I understand you correctly. There are a few things that need to be checked but my no prime issue was caused by a broken connection within the yellow connector block that sits behind the right hand mid section fairing panel. It will require opening to examine the inside as a visual examination from the outside might look like there is nothing wrong with it.
There is obviously the kill switch to prove as well, another common fault. There’s the relays to check, which are behind the other side mid fairing towards the front where you will also find the fuse box. The bank angle sensor is awful to get to and I’d leave that till later if needed.
If I had a no prime again, that connector would be my first check.
Question for you now, when you turn your ignition on, do you get your red HISS light come on with your neutral light ?

    “Super charger”.....!

I agree on the yellow plug although it could be a little corrosion. Fuel pump relay is also worth checking.
I'd start with a can of dewatering spray in all the electrics, plugs, switches, fuses, relays etc.
I'll say it as well Super Charger? Is that the name of a battery charger or is it forced induction?

    Sounds a bit modified.

The normal causes of no priming or spark are -
    Side stand switch open circuit.
    Tilt switch open circuit.
Switchgear fault on the kill switch side.
Problem with the HISS immobiliser (or key transponder) not working or paired.
Alarm (some came standard with a DataTool alarm, although you say it's gone).
